The project is China's first national offshore wind power research and testing base, after the completion of the base, it can carry out the world's largest capacity wind turbine and the longest size of wind turbine blade testing test, strongly support China's offshore wind power equipment research and development and offshore wind power grid connection theory research, fill the gap in China's offshore wind power field high-power, full-scale equipment test verification.
